Students read for 15 minutes and a student gave a BookShare. We finished our activity on the Acorn community and students shared briefly the utopian concepts of the Acorn community and how they could morph into a dystopia. Then Ms. Black read Chapter 18 of The Giver to the students and they completed a question sheet.
Homework: Please finish question sheet for Chapter 18. Tomorrow, we find out what it means to be released!!
